Sports psychology is about seeing and supporting the whole person beyond the athlete. At Mind Aligned, we work with athletes, teams & coaches in strengthening their mental skills, building confidence, and navigating pressure so that they can perform at a higher level with purpose. Ultimately, we want to achieve results, sustainable performance, and fulfilment by creating alignment between your goals, values, and daily actions.
Mission: Mind Aligned
Behind Mind Aligned:
I began with the equestrian sport at the age of five. What started as an early passion grew into competing internationally, where I was faced with discipline, pressure, comparison, and the constant desire to improve. Alongside show-jumping, I also pursued track and field during my school years, which broadened my experiences. I was highly motivated, but often felt frustrated by a lack of the right tools to improve mentally. Like many athletes, I experienced setbacks, self-doubt, and the emotional highs and lows that come with competition.
When I discovered sports psychology, it felt like a missing piece finally clicked into place. The more I learned, the clearer it became that this was what I wanted to pursue. Why? It clarified something I had always felt, that what makes sport and performance special goes beyond physical ability or talent, but lies in belief, identity, connection, and the environment around you. I became drawn to the impact that the right guidance and support can have, and how it can help someone see their potential more clearly and move toward and beyond what they thought was possible. I look at sport as a powerful platform for fulfillment and personal growth.
In pursuit of this field, rugby has captured my heart. Working closely with rugby players and coaches has allowed me to design and deliver practical mental skills training within real performance environments. Being embedded in such clubs has sparked and solidified my desire to building healthy & high-performing environments that are focused on all-rounded development.
Alongside team culture and club development, a growing focus in my work is supporting athletes in high adrenaline (equestrian sport) and contact sport (boxing, judo, rugby) environments, where fear, physical contact, fatigue, and decision making under pressure are part of performance.
The boxing gym has become my second home, and a place where I have fun putting my own mental skills and goals into practice in my training and sparring.

Msc Sports & Performance Psychology
I strongly believe in uplifting people through authenticity and instilling belief by helping them recognise and expand their capabilities. I take a genuine interest in your goals, values, and where you would like to be.
I am very aware that most meaningful work happens behind the scenes, long before game day or a big performance moment. I love being present at training locations and on the pitch, observing and adjusting my support to what is needed.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based sport and performance psychology, drawing particularly on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I’m a strong advocate for action, and I aim to ensure that every conversation or workshop leads to something tangible with practical tools and clear steps that help you move forward.
